High quality green tea from Japan. It is obtained in the 2nd and 3rd harvest. Moya matcha daily has a strong tea taste with lingering astringency.

Region of origin:  Uji, Prefecture Kyoto, Japan

Preparation: Place 0,5 to 1 tsp. into a cup and add 200 ml of hot (80 °C). Mix well with a bamboo whisk or electric milk frother until smooth creamy. Moya matcha daily is a perfect choice for bleded matcha beverages such as lattes and smoothies. It can also be used for baking.

It is obtained in the 2nd and 3rd harvest from tea plants that are specially shaded from direct sunlight. This results in higher chlorophyll and L-Theanine contents and a richer, greener color. The fresh leaves are then collected, dried and ground to powder.
