It’s a premium quality green tea from Japan. It is obtained in the 1st and 2nd harvest.  Moya matcha traditional has a balanced rich bitter-sweet taste and creamy texture.

Region of origin:  Uji, Prefecture Kyoto, Japan

Preparation: Place 0,5 to 1 tsp. into a cup and add 200 ml of hot (80 °C). Mix well with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth creamy. Moya matcha traditional can also be used with milk, in smoothies and ice cream.

Product description

It is obtained in the 1st and 2nd harvest from tea plants that are specially shaded from direct sunlight. This results in higher chlorophyll and L-Theanine contents and a richer, greener color. The fresh leaves are then collected, dried and ground to powder.
