It is inspired by traditional vessels used as tools for the Japanese tea ceremony Chanoyu. High walls of the bowl and its broad bottom facilitate the process of mixing matcha with water and help to obtain fluffy foam on the surface within seconds. It can be done with the use of a bamboo whisk chasen or an electric milk frother.\u003c\/p\u003e\\n\u003c!-- \/wp:paragraph --\u003e\\n\\n\u003c!-- wp:paragraph --\u003e\\n\u003cp\u003eMidorinami was designed and executed by Quiet Form – a ceramics studio based in Kiev. Quiet Form was founded in 2006 by Alex and Tania, a couple sharing their love towards alluring shapes and natural colours. The porcelain, which they use to create memorable designs, is from Eastern Ukraine, and certified glaze comes from Germany. Midorinami matcha bowl of an astonishing deep green shade is covered with a matt material on the outside, and glossy enamel on the inside.
