Matcha cookies with white chocolate and pecans are really easy to make. Preparation is not very time-consuming so we recommend this recipe especially when you wait for unexpected guests or you crave for something sweet. Cookies shoud be crispy but soft inside. And yummy. The effect may vary depending on the oven so repeat this recipe as many times as you need to achieve perfect matcha cookies 😉 . Time: 8 min + 10 min baking

Ingredients for matcha cookies with white chocolate and pecans:

  • 125 g butter (take it from the fridge about 2 hours before)
  • 90 g white sugar
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g sifted flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Moya Matcha Daily
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 50 g  crushed pecans  (or nuts your choice )

Recipe for matcha cookies, white chocolate and pecans:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the butter and sugar together. Add egg and beat everything until smooth. Add flour, yeast, salt, matcha and mix everything together. Crush nuts and cut chocolate to small pieces with the knife. Add these ingredients to the cookie dough. Mix slightly. Put small portions of dough (about two tablespoons) on a baking paper. Bake for 8 minutes. After this time remove cookies from the oven. Edges should be gold.
