Moya Matcha Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I. <\/strong>General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Moya Matcha Club loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProgram\u201d) is organized by Moya Europe Sp. z o.o., based in Poland, the owner of the online store www.moyamatcha.com<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOrganizer\u201d). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Program is available to customers of the online store www.moyamatcha.com<\/a> who make regular purchases from the store and are registered in the Program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Program is designed to reward loyal customers by collecting points (so-called \u201cleaves\u201d), which can be exchanged for discounts on subsequent purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To participate in the Program, the Customer must be logged in – only then the points will count correctly and will be visible on the Customer’s account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The Program applies to orders placed from March 31, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    II. <\/strong> Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Customer<\/strong> – an individual who has registered for the Program and regularly makes purchases at www.moyamatcha.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Points\/Leaves<\/strong> – points awarded for purchases in the online store. 4 leaf is the equivalent of 1 euro spent on purchases <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Discount thresholds\/Levels in Matcha Club<\/strong> – levels that the customer achieves by collecting a certain number of points. Thresholds are linked to discounts on subsequent purchases. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Discount<\/strong> – a discount that the customer can get on next purchases after reaching a certain point threshold.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      III. <\/strong> Rules for collecting points\/leaves<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. What will you receive Leaves for?<\/strong> For regular purchases at www.moyamatcha.com<\/a>, the customer receives leaves. For every 1 euro spent in the online store, we assign 4 points\/leaves. Points\/Leaves are automatically added to the customer\u2019s account once we complete the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. How to use the Leaves?<\/strong> After collecting a sufficient number of leaves, the customer’s account is assigned a discount for subsequent purchases in the store. Discount thresholds\/levels in Matcha Club are described later in the terms and conditions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Validity of Leaves<\/strong> Points\/leaves are valid for 90 days from the order in which they were earned. After 90 days of earning, points expire. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        IV. <\/strong> Levels at Matcha Club<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Discount Levels:<\/strong> Customers earn leaves for purchases that allow them to reach higher levels in the Matcha Club Programme. More leaves allow the customer to earn a higher discount on subsequent purchases. Discount threshold heights:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
