melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matcha Mascarpone Cream:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g matcha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml heavy cream (30\u201336%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soaking Syrup:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 ml lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extras:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>raspberry preserves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fresh raspberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buttercream for Coating:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g very soft butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml heavy cream (30%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sponge Cake<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C \/ 350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the eggs with the sugar until very thick and pale (about 8\u201310 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the oil or melted butter and mix briefly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift in the completely, then slice into two even layers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matcha Mascarpone Cream<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar for about 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with the matcha until dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the green cream into the mascarpone and whip until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assembling the Cake<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stir together the lemon juice and powdered
