soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons <a href=\"https:\/\/moyamatcha.com\/en\/produkt\/moya-matcha-traditional-organic-green-tea\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/moyamatcha.com\/en\/produkt\/moya-matcha-traditional-organic-green-tea\/\">Moya Matcha Traditional<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melt the butter and mix it in a large bowl with the sugar and salt, then add the egg and combine well. Next, gradually add the flour and baking soda, kneading until a soft dough forms.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the dough into two equal parts and add the matcha to one of them, kneading until it turns green.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape small balls from both doughs and arrange them on a baking tray in circles of 5 balls each, alternating the colors. Place a ball of the contrasting color in the center of each flower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently flatten each cookie with your hand so the petals join together. Bake at 175\u00b0C, using top and bottom heat, for about 20\u201325 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Once baked, set aside to cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Itadakimasu!
