Ingredients: <\/strong>Jasmine Syrup (makes enough for multiple servings):<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

  • 150 ml water<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 150 g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of good-quality loose-leaf jasmine green tea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    Drink (1 serving):<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 3 g Moya Matcha Traditional<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 50 ml lukewarm water<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 10 ml jasmine syrup<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • sparkling water (approx. 100\u2013150 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • a lemon slice and ice cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Preparation<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
      Jasmine Syrup:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • In a saucepan, bring 150 ml of water and 150 g of sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Add 2 teaspoons of jasmine green tea and let steep, covered, for 5\u20137 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strain through a sieve and let cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        Drink:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Whisk the matcha thoroughly, making sure there are no lumps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Fill a glass with ice (add a lemon slice if you like), pour in 10 ml of jasmine syrup, and add a splash of lemon juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Top up with sparkling water, leaving a little room at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
