One of the things we love about the Italian dessert panna cotta is its simplicity. You can prepare it in no time, and the results are amazing. The perfectly smooth texture melts in your mouth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matcha Panna Cotta is also an excellent dessert for beginners starting their journey with matcha tea. You can adjust the amount of matcha added to make the dessert\u2019s flavor milder or more intense, depending on your preferences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s a good opportunity to prepare green panna cotta and encourage friends to try matcha? \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

  • 3 gelatin leaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 400ml heavy cream 30%<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 200 ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 50 g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 teaspoons traditional matcha<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 200 g strawberries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • a few lemon verbena leaves (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Preparation:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    • Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mix the cream, milk, matcha, and sugar thoroughly and heat up (to about 55-60 degrees Celsius). Add the drained gelatin sheets and mix. Pour the prepared mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Finely dice your strawberries, sprinkle them with sugar, add chopped verbena, then mix and set aside.
