The recipe was developed by Alexandre Couillon, a French chef awarded with two Michelin stars. Add egg and beat everything until smooth. Add flour, yeast, salt, matcha and mix everything together.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crush nuts and cut chocolate to small pieces with the knife. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add these ingredients to the cookie dough. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put small portions of dough (about two tablespoons) on a baking paper. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 8 minutes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this time remove cookies from the oven.
