Ingredients for dalgona matcha:
1 egg white
2 tablespoons brown, white or coconut sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Moya Matcha Traditional or Daily
200 ml milk from the fridge
ice cubes
Recipe👇
Boil water and sugar together at low temperature to get melted sugar syrup. Beat egg white with a mixer on high speed to a stiff foam. Pour slowly sugar syrup to egg foam without stoping mixing it. Add matcha and combine together mixing. Put ice cubes in the glass (about ⅓ of glass), pour milk and add matcha foam on top. • #matcha #dalgonamatcha #matchadessert #matcharecipes
