Ingredients for 4-5 servings:
One serving corresponds to a 200ml glass.
- 2 bananas (can be frozen)
- 1 mango (can be frozen)
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 2 teaspoons of Daily Matcha
- 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk
- 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds or any other seeds
- Zest of 1 lime
- Any sweetener, e.g., honey, erythritol, xylitol
Instructions for preparing the green smoothie:
Place the chopped fruits at the bottom of the blender. Frozen fruits are an option if you don’t have fresh ones on your hand. Add the remaining ingredients. Add honey, erythritol, or xylitol if you prefer a sweeter taste. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
