Ingredients:
Owoce:
- 2–3 apples
- 2 pears
- 70 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp starch (e.g., potato starch)
Crumble:
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 5 g Moya Matcha Traditional lub Daily
- 100 g butter (chilled)
Preparation:
Prepare the fruits:
Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes or slices. Transfer the fruit into a baking dish, then add sugar, cinnamon, and starch. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Make the crumble:
Mix flour, sugar, butter cut into pieces, and matcha in a bowl. Work the ingredients together using your hands or a mixer until they form a crumbly texture with large clumps.
3. Baking:
Spread the crumble evenly over the fruits. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown and the fruits are soft.
