I. General Provisions

2. Consumer– a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity,
3. Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an unincorporated legal person,
4. PayPal – PayPal electronic payment system operated by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349),
5. PayU – PayU electronic payment system operated by PayU Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274399, NIP number 7792308495, REGON 300523444, share capital PLN 4,944,000, paid-up capital PLN 4,944,000, being a payment service provider within the meaning of the Act of August 19, 2011 on payment services,
