- 15g maple syrup
- 1g holiday spice blend
- 150ml milk or any plant-based milk
- 3g Moya Matcha Traditional
Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte:
Preparing the pumpkin puree:
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
- Drizzle with olive oil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C.
- Bake for an hour.
- Then, let it cool, peel the pumpkin, and blend the flesh or mash it with a fork in a bowl.
Preparing the Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte:
- Mix the pumpkin puree with maple syrup and a blend of holiday spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves).
- Warm it up in a saucepan, do not let it boil.
- Prepare the matcha with water as usual, preferably using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a milk frother.
- Pour the pumpkin puree into a glass and spread it along the bottom with a spoon. Then, add the milk or any plant-based milk, and finally, pour in the prepared matcha. Try to pour the milk and matcha slowly, preferably along the side of the glass, to achieve a layered effect. Enjoy! Itadakimasu!
