Ingredients:
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 3 g Moya Matcha Traditional
  • 10 ml warm water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • seasonal jam (e.g., raspberry, fig)
  • slice of Japanese milk bread or brioche
  • matcha honey

Preparation:
  • Lightly grill the slice of bread in a pan with a little butter until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, mix the matcha with warm water and whisk with a chasen until a smooth paste forms.
  • In another bowl, combine the mascarpone with a teaspoon of honey, add the prepared matcha paste, and mix thoroughly until you have a uniform cream.
  • Spread alternating layers of matcha cream and jam on the grilled bread.
  • Drizzle with matcha honey for an extra burst of flavor and sweetness.
