Do you like banana bread? Be sure to make yourself one that’s matcha latte flavoured!
It takes a while to prepare and the taste is insane!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 200ml milk (cow’s or vegetable)
- 1 teaspoon muscovado or brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 g Moya Matcha Traditional
- 50ml lukewarm water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Cut the banana lengthwise in half. Place the banana halves on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the baked banana from the oven and cool. We place the cooled one in a blender.
- Add milk, muscovado sugar and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour through a strainer to get rid of lumps. Pour matcha into a bowl and pour lukewarm water (about 70-80°C).
- Froth the matcha with a chasen or milk frother until the desired foam is achieved.
- Pour ice cubes into a tall glass.
- Pour the prepared banana milk and gently pour the frothed matcha on top.
