Even it is easy to make at home, chia pudding looks very professional, still. This dreamlike dessert with aphrodisiac strawberries you can eat at a romantic dinner with your significant other. Or don’t hesitate to keep pudding for yourself because it’s so good!

Time: 10 min. +3h in the fridge
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tea spoon (ok. 3 g) Moya Matcha Daily
- 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ – 1 cup plant milk of choice
- Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries to serve
Preparation:
- Pour plant milk to a bowl and whisk. Then combine all of the ingredients in the same bowl (aside from strawberries) and whisk together. You can also mix eveyrthing in a big jar and shake it very well.
- Cover and refrigerate pudding for at least 3 hours or – when you have time – about 8 hours. Stir it twice in a while. If pudding gets too thick, mix in more plant milk.
- Serve cool, topped with fresh fruits.
