Ingredients:
- 150 g rolled oats
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 100 g almonds
- 80 g flax seeds
- 80 g chia seeds
- ¼ teasponn salt
- 2 teaspoons matcha tea (divided)
- 80 g honey or maple syrup
- 50 g olive oil
- Add-ins: e.g., 100 g white chocolate, dried apricots
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped hazelnuts, almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add 1 teaspoon of matcha tea, honey or maple syrup, and olive oil. Stir well until the ingredients are well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then evenly spread the granola mixture on it.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring the granola every 8 minutes to ensure it browns evenly.
- Once baked, let the granola cool completely.
- When cool, sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of matcha tea over the granola. Add your favorite extras, like dried fruit or chopped white chocolate.
- Store the finished granola in an airtight jar.
