Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings):
Garnish:
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut
  • shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  • frozen or fresh blueberries

Preparation:
  • Put bananas, mango pulp, pear, avocado, lemon juice and 1 spoon of Moya Matcha Daily in a blender.

  • Blend ingredients into a smooth paste, slowly and carefully adding soy milk (your smoothie should be thick).
  • In a different bowl, whisk 1 spoon of Moya Matcha Daily with a little splash of soy milk (you can use a chasena for this or milk frother), then add maple syrup.
  • Pour smoothie into bowls and add whisked matcha on the top.
  • Decorate with kiwifruit, coconut and blueberries.
