Ingredients (2 servings):
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 mango (mango pulp)
- 1 peeled pear
- 1 peeled avocado
- lemon juice from ½ of lemon
- 2 spoons Moya Matcha Traditional or Moya Matcha Daily
- 1 glass of soy milk
- 2 spoons of maple syrup
Garnish:
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut
- shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- frozen or fresh blueberries
Preparation:
- Put bananas, mango pulp, pear, avocado, lemon juice and 1 spoon of Moya Matcha Daily in a blender.
- Blend ingredients into a smooth paste, slowly and carefully adding soy milk (your smoothie should be thick).
- In a different bowl, whisk 1 spoon of Moya Matcha Daily with a little splash of soy milk (you can use a chasena for this or milk frother), then add maple syrup.
- Pour smoothie into bowls and add whisked matcha on the top.
- Decorate with kiwifruit, coconut and blueberries.
