Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of the financial group of Companies
• Developing and implementing a financial strategy supporting the company's development both in Poland and in foreign markets
• Creating and developing financial structure (financial planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting)
• Supervision of financial results, analysis of deviations, and recommendation of corrective actions
• Development of commercial finance area - analysis of product, sales channel, and market profitability
• Management of financial liquidity and optimization of cost structure
• Identifying areas for improving financial efficiency and implementing optimization actions
• Supervision of accounting, financial reporting, and settlement of funds from EU sources
• Supervision of the tax area
• Supervision of financial systems and development of reporting tools
• Cooperation with external institutions, contact, and signing agreements with banks, insurance companies, and leasing companies
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring internal regulations, procedures, and organizational standards
• Supervision of document flow in the company
• Close cooperation with the Management Board and participation in making key business decisions
• Preparation of management reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for the Management Board
