White chocolate with matcha and marshmallows
Spring is shyly peeking through the windows, teasing us with the sunshine we've all been longing for. The temperature, though, is a reminder that winter is still very much here, and will be sticking around a little while longer. Which makes it the perfect time to bring white chocolate matcha with fluffy marshmallows into your home. The ultimate comfort food for chilly days. To bring together the velvety taste of white chocolate with matcha's wonderful properties, make this drink following our recipe. Trust us, it's the best one you'll find. 😉

Ingredients:
- 200ml milk or plant-based drink (such as pea milk)
- 30g white chocolate
- 3g Moya Matcha Traditional
- 30ml water at 70-80°C
- marshmallows
For the perfect white chocolate matcha with marshmallows, try Moma oat milk or Sproud pea milk. You'll find them on our website!
Method:
- Finely chop the chocolate, then place it in a small saucepan together with the milk.
- Heat gently over a low flame, stirring, until the chocolate has completely melted. Take care not to let it boil.
- Gently froth the finished milk and chocolate mixture, using a handheld frother or whichever device you have available.
- Sift the matcha into a small bowl, pour over hot (but not boiling) water, and whisk thoroughly with a bamboo chasen whisk, until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Pour the frothed milk and chocolate mixture into a tall glass or cup.
- Slowly pour in the prepared matcha, creating either striking layers or a fully blended drink – whichever you prefer.
- Finish by topping with marshmallows, and your white chocolate matcha is ready!
Enjoy! Itadakimasu!
