Ingredients for dalgona matcha:
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons brown, white or coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon Moya Matcha Traditional or Moya Matcha Daily
- 200 ml milk from the fridge
- ice cubes
Recipe for dalgona matcha:
Boil water and sugar together at low temperature to get melted sugar syrup. Beat egg white with a mixer on high speed to a stiff foam. Pour slowly sugar syrup to egg foam without stoping mixing it. Add matcha and combine together mixing. Put ice cubes in the glass (about ⅓ of glass), pour milk and add matcha foam on top. You did dalgona matcha and it is delicious!
Dalgona Matcha without egg white

Ingredients for dalgona matcha:
- ¼ glass chilled cream 30%
- 1 ½ tablespoon brown, white or coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon Moya Matcha Traditional or Moya Matcha Daily
- 200 ml milk from the fridge
- ice cubes
Recipe for dalgona matcha:
Put cream and sugar to a high bowl. Beat together with mixer or egg whisk to a stiff foam. Add matcha and combine it with the foam. Taste to check the level of sweetness. Add a bit of sugar if is needed. Put ice cubes in the glass (about ⅓ of glass), pour milk and add matcha foam on top. Taste your homemade dalgona matcha!
