Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Moya Matcha Traditional
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) heavy cream (30% fat, well chilled)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)
  • 150-200 ml (approx. 5-7 fl oz) coconut water (chilled)
  • Ice cubes

Preparation
  • Prepare the matcha foam: Sift the matcha into a tall glass or bowl.
  • Add the well-chilled heavy cream (30% fat) and maple syrup (if using). Whisk with a frother, milk steamer, or electric mixer until a fluffy, light foam forms
  • Assemble the drink: Fill another glass with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled coconut water.
  • Gently spoon the whipped matcha foam on top. Serve immediately. Serve immediately.
