Who says matcha tonics are only for summer?
Matcha Ginger Tonic is an energising blend of intense matcha and fiery ginger. It refreshes, perks you up, and wraps you in a warming ginger note whenever you need power and freshness in one. It’s the perfect pick-me-up when you’re after a clean hit of energy and standout flavour.
Its elegant, layered look makes it a stunner in the glass, while matcha’s gentle bitterness pairs beautifully with the zesty heat of Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer.

Ingredients:
- 150 ml Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer
- 3g Moya Matcha Traditional
- Ice cubes
- A slice of lemon, to garnish
- 20–30 ml hot water (max 80°C)
Preparation
- In a small bowl or chawan, whisk the matcha with water no hotter than 80°C. Use a chasen to blend until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice, slowly pour in the Spicy Ginger Beer and add the lemon slice.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the top to create layers.
