A warm, comforting drink with a distinctly nutty profile. MOMA Salted Maple & Hazelnut plant-based drink pairs beautifully with hojicha, enhancing its roasted, nutty notes while adding a gentle sweetness that never overpowers the tea’s flavour. The same base also works perfectly in a matcha latte.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
  • Add the hojicha powder to a bowl and pour over 40 ml of water at 75°C. Whisk thoroughly with a chasen until fully combined.
  • Heat and froth the MOMA Salted Maple & Hazelnut plant-based drink.
  • Pour the warm, frothed milk over the hojicha.
