A creamy, naturally pistachio-forward matcha with no added syrups. MOMA Pistachio Oat Drink is a ready-made base for pistachio matcha, made with real pistachio paste and oats. It gives the drink a gentle natural sweetness and a deep, nutty flavour-no extra sweeteners or flavourings required.
Ingredients:
- 2 g Moya Matcha Traditional
- 30 ml water (75°C)
- 130 ml MOMA Pistachio Oat Drink
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 10 ml sugar syrup
Preparation:
- Add the matcha to a bowl and pour over 30 ml of water at around 80°C. Whisk with a chasen until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Froth the plant-based drink using a handheld frother.
- Add ice to a glass, optionally pour in the syrup, then add the milk and gently top up with the prepared matcha.
