Ingredients:
- 2 g Moya Matcha Traditional
- 30 ml water (about 70°C / 160°F)
- 40 ml vodka
- 20 ml white chocolate liqueur
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Ice
Preparation:
- Add the matcha to a bowl and pour over the water at about 70°C (160°F). Whisk vigorously with a chasen until fully dissolved and a light foam forms. Set aside briefly to cool.
- Add ice to a shaker, then pour in the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, simple syrup, and prepared matcha. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until the shaker is well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
