Ingredients (1 serving):
- 50g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150ml milk or vegetable drink
- 3g Moya Matcha Traditional or Daily
- 50ml of water at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon sugar or any sweetener of your choice
- Ice cubes
Strawberry matcha latte recipe:
- Place 50g of fresh or previously thawed strawberries in a tall dish.
- Pour in a teaspoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice and blitz everything to a smooth paste.
- Pour matcha into a separate container, pour in water and whisk with a chasen broom or milk frother.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass first, then add ice and pour in milk or vegetable drink.
