§ 1. General Provisions
- The organiser of the Promotion is MOYA EUROPE Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Karłowicza 9A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000586397, NIP: PL7010520584, REGON: 363010610, operating the online shop at https://moyamatcha.com/en/.
- The Promotion is conducted under the name “Black Week up to –30% on selected products” and is valid in the online shop available at https://moyamatcha.com/en/.
- By taking part in the Promotion, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion runs from 24 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 inclusive, or until the stock allocated to the Promotion is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
- As part of the Promotion, the prices of selected products have been reduced, and the current promotional prices are displayed directly on the product page. A detailed list of products covered by the Promotion, together with information on the applicable discount, is provided in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
- There is no purchase limit within the Promotion, meaning that a single customer may participate multiple times, provided that each time they meet the conditions of the Promotion set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
§ 3. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from 24 November 2025.

- For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Online Shop Terms and Conditions https://moyamatcha.com/en/ and applicable law shall apply.
