Time: 6 min. +5 min. in the fridge
Ingredients (2 servings):
- ¼ glass aquafaba
- 1 tablespoon brown, white or coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons Moya Matcha Traditional lub Moya Matcha Daily
- 200 ml plant milk
- ice cubes
Preparation:
- With mixer on high speed beat aquafaba and sugar to a stiff foam for about 4 minutes.
- Add matcha and mix everything together to perfect green colour.
- Put ready foam in the fridge for about 5 minutes. In the glass put some ice cubes, pour milk and add foam from the fridge on the top.
- Taste your beautiful vegan dalgona matcha!
