Raspberry Ice Matcha Latte
If you're already familiar with iced matcha latte and are looking for something new and delicious, this creamy, naturally sweet combination of matcha, milk and blended raspberries is sure to win you over. Raspberry matcha latte doesn't just look stunning – it tastes wonderful too. It's the perfect choice for a warm day, and something new for matcha lovers who enjoy trying different flavour combinations.

Ingredients:
- 1.5g (half a teaspoon) Matcha Traditional or Daily
- 50ml water
- 150ml milk or plant-based drink
- 50ml blended raspberries, fresh or frozen
- ice cubes – as many as you like
Recipe for raspberry ice matcha latte:
- To make your raspberry ice matcha latte, fill a glass of around 250ml with ice.
- Next, pour the blended raspberries into the glass. If you want to achieve the look shown in the photo, mix them with a little of your prepared milk or plant-based drink first – this will give them a beautiful pink colour – then pour in the rest of the milk.
- In a separate container, whisk the matcha with water. You can do this the traditional way, using a chasen whisk, or with an electric milk frother. Pour the matcha into the glass to create nice layers – it's best to pour it directly onto the ice cubes.
Enjoy!
