Promotion Regulations

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The Organizer of the Promotion is MOYA EUROPE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Karłowicza 9A, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000586397, NIP: PL7010520584; REGON: 363010610, operating an online store at: https://moyamatcha.com/.
2. The Promotion is conducted under the name "Cap for PLN 1 with the purchase of To Go! sets" and is valid in the online store operated at https://moyamatcha.com/.
3. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer declares that they have read and accept the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2. Duration of the promotion

1. The promotion runs from July 21, 2026 until the stock of items covered by the Promotion is exhausted.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

• The promotion is intended for all Customers of the online store https://moyamatcha.com/.
• To take advantage of the promotion, add one of the following products to your cart:
  • Moya Matcha Daily To Go! set – 48 sachets
  • Moya Matcha Traditional To Go! set – 48 sachets
• Note: The promotion applies only to the set variant with 48 matcha sachets – the set with 24 sachets is not included in the promotion.
• After meeting the above requirements, the Customer receives the opportunity to purchase a "Matcha state of mind" Vintage Red baseball cap for PLN 0.01 (in words: one grosz). The promotional product will be automatically added to the cart. Delivery of the promotional product takes place together with the main order.
• The promotional product is available exclusively as part of this promotion and cannot be sold separately at PLN 1 outside its terms.
• The promotion has no purchase limit, meaning one customer can participate in the Promotion multiple times, each time fulfilling the Promotion conditions specified in these regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion before the indicated date, in the event of depletion of the promotional product's stock.

§ 4. Final Provisions

• These regulations are effective from July 21, 2026.
• The Promotion Regulations are available at: https://moyamatcha.com/regulamin-promocji-czapka-za-1-zł-przy-zakupie-zestawow-to-go/.. All inquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to the email address: hello@moyamatcha.com.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations when the need for changes arises from factors beyond the Organizer's control, while preserving the rights acquired by Customers. Changes will be published by posting the amended promotion regulations on the website indicated in paragraph 1.
• The rules for handling complaints regarding products purchased under the Promotion are set out in the Online Store Regulations, available at https://moyamatcha.com/.
• In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Online Store Regulations https://moyamatcha.com/ and generally applicable legal provisions shall apply.

3. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer declares that they have read and accept the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2. Duration of the promotion

1. The promotion runs from September 7, 2026, until November 30, 2026, inclusive, or until the stock of items covered by the Promotion is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

• The promotion is intended for all Customers of the online store https://moyamatcha.com/.
• To take advantage of the promotion, add one of the following products to your cart:
  • Moya Matcha Luxury organic Japanese tea – 250g
  • Moya Matcha Traditional organic Japanese tea – 250g
  • Moya Matcha Daily organic Japanese tea – 250g
• Exclusions: Moya Matcha Culinary product does not participate in the promotion.
• After meeting the above requirements, the Customer receives the opportunity to purchase a light bamboo chasen in a plastic tube for PLN 1 (in words: one zloty). The promotional product will be automatically added to the cart. Delivery of the promotional product takes place together with the main order.
• Within one order, one chasen is available at the promotional price, regardless of the number of products participating in the promotion purchased.
• The promotional product is available exclusively as part of this promotion and cannot be sold separately at PLN 1 outside its terms.
• The promotion has no purchase limit, meaning one customer can participate in the Promotion multiple times, each time fulfilling the Promotion conditions specified in these regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion before the indicated date, in the event of depletion of the promotional product's stock.

§ 4. Final Provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations when the need for changes arises from factors beyond the Organizer's control, while preserving the rights acquired by Customers. 1. The Organizer of the campaign is MOYA EUROPE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Karłowicza 9A, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000586397, NIP: PL7010520584; REGON: 363010610, operating an online store at: https://moyamatcha.com/ (hereinafter: "Organizer").
2. The campaign is conducted under the name "Share Your Ritual" (hereinafter: "Campaign").
3. "Participant" means any natural person who joins the Campaign in accordance with these Regulations.
4. "Voucher" means a voucher worth PLN 50 (in words: fifty zloty), issued by the Organizer to eligible Participants, to be used in the Organizer's online store.
5. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant declares that they have read and accept the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2. Conditions of Participation

• The Campaign is aimed at Participants who are 18 years of age or older and have an active Instagram or TikTok account.
• To participate in the Campaign, the Participant must record a video lasting at least 20 seconds, showing their ritual of preparing or drinking matcha using a Moya Matcha brand product.
• The video must be published publicly on Instagram or TikTok. Throughout the duration of the Campaign, the Participant's profile must be set to public so that the Organizer can view the publication and verify the submission.
• The publication must be permanent and appear on the Participant's feed, profile, or TikTok page. Stories and other temporary or disappearing content are not included in the Campaign.
• The Participant must tag the profile @moyamatchapl directly in the content of the publication (and not only in its description, where possible), so that the Organizer can find the submission.

§ 3. Submission and Voucher Redemption

• After publishing the video, the Participant must send a private message (DM) to the @moyamatchapl profile, containing: a link to the active publication, the Participant's first and last name, and email address.
• Vouchers will not be issued without providing the above information.
• Vouchers will be sent by email within 5 business days of a correct submission.

§ 4. Prize and its Use

• An eligible Participant receives one Voucher worth PLN 50, to be used exclusively in the Polish Moya Matcha online store, available at https://moyamatcha.com/. Limit of one Voucher per person/account during the Campaign.
• The Voucher must be used no later than November 30, 2026. The validity period of the Voucher cannot be extended, and the Voucher cannot be used retrospectively for orders placed before its receipt.
• The Voucher has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part, and cannot be sold or transferred to a third party.

§ 5. Content Requirements and Rights to Use

• The video must feature a genuine Moya Matcha brand product and be suitable for a general audience. The Organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that are offensive, misleading, or do not meet the above requirements.
• By tagging the @moyamatchapl profile and submitting their video, the Participant grants the Organizer permission to like, comment on, share, and republish this content (with attribution to the Participant's account) on the Organizer's social media and marketing channels.

§ 6. Verification of Submissions

• Publications must remain public and accessible for the Organizer to verify compliance with the Campaign conditions. Publications that are deleted, hidden, or modified in a way that removes the required tagging before verification may be disqualified.

§ 7. Personal Data

• Personal data provided by the Participant via private message (DM) will be used solely for the purpose of issuing the Voucher and processed in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

§ 8. Final Provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time, while preserving the rights acquired by Participants. One Voucher is awarded for each qualifying submission, and the Organizer's decisions in all matters concerning the Campaign are final.

• The rules for handling complaints regarding products purchased using the Voucher are set out in the Online Store Regulations, available on the website https://moyamatcha.com/.
• In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Online Store Regulations https://moyamatcha.com/ and generally applicable provisions of Polish law, including consumer protection laws, shall apply.
