Mango Bites in Matcha Chocolate

Try these delicious mango bites coated in matcha-infused chocolate.

Fresh, juicy mango chunks dipped in creamy white chocolate with a subtle hint of Japanese matcha tea are a delight. A dessert that simply melts in your mouth!

Preparing mango bites takes just 10 minutes, no special equipment or complicated steps are required.

This dessert is visually stunning, tastes heavenly, and is ready in a flash. A perfect choice to impress your guests or enjoy a quick, tasty treat!

Ingredients:

Preparing the mango base:
  • Dice the mango into small pieces and mix it in a bowl with Greek yogurt and honey.
  • Prepare a tray lined with parchment paper, then spoon small portions of the mango mixture onto the tray to form bite-sized pieces.
  • Freeze for 30-40 minutes until the yogurt sets.
Preparing chocolate and matcha coating:
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath.
  • Add in matcha powder and stir until smooth. Remove the frozen mango bites from the freezer and dip each into the matcha chocolate.
  • Shake off any excess chocolate before placing them back on the parchment-lined tray.
  • Sprinkle each bite with coconut flakes immediately.
  • Freeze again for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Enjoy right away or store in the freezer. 🙂
