ORGANIC HONEY WITH MOYA MATCHA
Eco-friendly honey with matcha is a deliciously original combination of natural Estonian honey and Moya Matcha Daily. It is a multifloral honey with a predominance of flowering willow, maple, dandelion, summer raspberry, willowherbs and clover – this is the selection of plants from which Estonian bees collect the most nectar. Its sweetness contrasts with the delicate bitterness of Japanese Matcha Daily from the second and third harvest. The honey is perfectly sweet and has a thick texture hardened by matcha. It is great for deserts, sandwiches, toasts, as well as for tea and other infusions, and of course, to be eaten straight from the jar. Our sustainable honey comes in a glass jar with a metal lid and is certified organic, which is confirmed by the green leaf symbol on the packaging.

Organic honey – how is it made?
Our certified organic honey is made from flower pollen that comes from organic farming. This means that no adjuvants such as pesticides and growth regulators are used in the fields. Plants grow in a natural, sustainable way to offer their pollen to honeybees. The production of the honey requires great care and attention because bees usually fly up to 3 kilometres from the hive in search of flowers. The insects must therefore have access to organic plants within that radius. The certification is a proof that this condition has been met.
