Terms and Conditions of the Promotion “Father’s Day – Fuyu Mug for €0.01 with the Purchase of a Tea from the Limited Collection”

§ 1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the Promotion is MOYA EUROPE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Karłowicza 9A, entered in the National Court Register under KRS: 0000586397, NIP: PL7010520584; REGON: 363010610, operating an online store at: https://moyamatcha.com/en/
2. The Promotion is conducted under the name “Father’s Day – Fuyu Mug for €0.01 with the Purchase of a Tea from the Limited Collection” and applies to the online store operated at https://moyamatcha.com/en/
3. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer declares that they have read the content of these Terms and Conditions and accepts its provisions.

§ 2. Promotion duration

1. The Promotion runs from 15.06.2026 to 29.06.2026 or while stocks last.
   

§ 3. Promotion rules

• The Promotion is available to all customers of the online store https://moyamatcha.com/en/
• To qualify, simply add one of the following teas to your cart:
  • Moya Gyokuro organic japanese green tea – 50g
  • Moya Ichibancha organic japanese green tea – 50g
  • Moya Ichibancha Fukamushi premium organic japanese green tea – 50g

• Once the condition is met, a Fuyu tea mug will be automatically added to your cart for €0.01 It will be shipped together with your main order.
• Each order qualifies for one promotional mug, regardless of how many eligible teas are purchased.
• The promotional mug is only available through this Promotion and cannot be purchased separately for €0.01.
• There is no purchase limit – customers may take part in the Promotion multiple times as long as the conditions are met each time. The Organiser reserves the right to end the Promotion early if stock runs out.

§ 4. Final provisions

• These Terms & Conditions are effective from 15 June 2026.

• Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions at and applicable law.
