Psst... we used pears and apples, you can either follow our lead or choose other fruits you love and have available. This recipe is perfect any time of year!

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp starch (e.g., potato starch)

Crumble:


Preparation:

Prepare the fruits:

Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes or slices. Transfer the fruit into a baking dish, then add sugar, cinnamon, and starch. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Make the crumble:

Mix flour, sugar, butter cut into pieces, and matcha in a bowl. Work the ingredients together using your hands or a mixer until they form a crumbly texture with large clumps.

3. Baking:

Spread the crumble evenly over the fruits. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown and the fruits are soft.
