Matcha brownie Matcha brownie

200 ml oil
250g sugar
4 eggs
170g flour
1,5 Tbs. (15g) matcha daily or culinary
¼ tbs. salt
½ tbs. baking powder
2 tbs. coconut shredded
160g raspberries or strawberries (can be frozen)



Mix oil and sugar adding eggs one by one. Sift the flour with salt, baking powder and matcha, mix thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and blend. Put into a baking mold, add friuts and coconut on a top. Bake in preheated oven in 170 degrees for  40 min.
